CAUCE is an all volunteer organisation that is devoted to spam-fighting and related activities. CAUCE was founded by Netizens who realised that technology alone cannot stop junk e-mail. As long as there is an economic incentive to send junk e-mail, users and Internet Service Providers will need some legal recourse to stop the growing flood.

Korean Spam Response Center

Korea Spam Response Center was established within the Korea Information Security Agency, which is an affiliated agency of the Ministry of Information and Communication. The centre receives and handles civil appeals related to spam.

US Federal Trade Commission
